To reduce anxiety and depression, mindfulness and exposure therapy can be helpful as well as the processing of emotions and acquiring coping skills. Sessions will consist of skill-based work to acknowledge, understand and use emotions as a positive force for one's happiness.  When one is motivated towards change, happiness and great relationships are possible.
