Psychotherapy for Adolescents
The teenage years are full of growth and change. My focus is on building a safe environment where trust can be formed and teens have a place to learn coping skills for the future as well as a place to feel accepted. Despite being a place of refuge, it is important that parents are available for connection and occasional check-in's. Sessions will consist of structured coping skills as well as talk therapy to process emotions.

"The goal of parenting shouldn't be to prepare children to withstand the world, but to grow children who will change the world." ~ L.R. Knost
